What these terms cover

These terms apply to verintra.com, the website run by Verintra. By using the site you accept them. The Feed optimizer and Voice of Customer are governed by the terms shown when you create an account, and consulting work by the agreement made for it.

Using the site

You may read, share and link to every page. Please do not:

• try to break into the site, test it for weaknesses without our written permission, or disrupt it for others;
• send automated requests at a rate that slows the site down;
• use the forms or the booking calendar to send spam, or to book times you do not intend to keep;
• enter someone else’s personal data without their permission.

What the content is, and is not

The site describes our products and services and gives general information about product data, advertising and analytics. It is not advice for your particular business, so check anything you plan to act on.

The brands, products, comments and numbers in the sample modules are fictional sample data. Prices on the site exclude local taxes; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.

Names, text and design

The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to Verintra. You may quote short passages with a link to the source; anything more needs our permission.

Names such as Google, Meta, ChatGPT or Perplexity belong to their owners. We use them only to say where our software publishes or what it reads, which implies no partnership or endorsement.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available, but cannot promise that it is free of errors or always reachable.

We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, and mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence remains unaffected.
